Credits for permanently failed jobs are auto-restored within 24 hours. If not, email support@morphads.in with your Job ID.

I made a payment but credits didn't appear.
Wait 5 minutes and refresh the app. If still missing, email billing@morphads.in with your Razorpay Transaction ID or UPI reference.

How do I delete my account?
Email support@morphads.in with subject "Account Deletion Request". We process it within 7 business days.

Can I use generated videos commercially?
Yes. Once generated and credits deducted, you hold a commercial licence to use the video for advertising on all platforms. See our Terms of Service for full details.

What video formats and resolutions are available?
MP4 format in 9:16, 4:5, or 16:9 aspect ratio at 480p, 720p, or 1080p — chosen before generation.
