Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We want you to feel confident purchasing credits on MorphAds.

1. Credit-Based Billing Model
MorphAds operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon successful video generation. Credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
1 video generation = 150 credits. Credit packs are available in the Wallet section of the app.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We will process a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order
- Credits not added: Payment was debited but credits did not appear in your wallet within 24 hours
- Unused credits within 7 days: You purchased credits, have not generated any videos, and request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- Permanent generation failure: A paid job fails permanently and credits are not automatically restored within 24 hours
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credits that have already been consumed to generate videos
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the style or quality of a successfully generated video
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after credits have been used
4. Failed Generation Jobs
If a video generation job enters a permanent error state (unresolved for more than 2 hours), credits are automatically restored to your wallet within 24 hours. If automatic restoration fails, contact support@morphads.in with your Job ID (visible in your history) and we will manually restore the credits within 1 business day.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@morphads.in with the following details:
- Your registered mobile number
- Razorpay Order ID or UPI Transaction Reference
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
We acknowledge all requests within 24 hours (business days). Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) used at the time of purchase. Razorpay processes the refund and your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the amount. A refund invoice including applicable GST will be issued to your registered contact.
7. Grievance Escalation
If your refund request is not resolved within 15 days, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:
