Refund Policy

MorphAds operates on a prepaid wallet system in Indian Rupees. Your balance is purchased in advance and deducted upon successful generation. Your balance stays valid while your MorphAds account remains active and in good standing.

Video ads cost ₹20 per second — a 10-second video is ₹200, 20 seconds is ₹400, and 30 seconds is ₹600. A photo costs ₹20 per image. Prepaid packs are available in the Wallet section of the app.

Balance validity & inactive accounts: Your purchased balance does not expire while your MorphAds account remains active and in good standing. Your balance is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or usable outside MorphAds. Your balance may become unavailable if your account is closed, deleted at your request, suspended for violation of our Terms, or if MorphAds is permanently discontinued. If MorphAds is discontinued, we may provide reasonable notice and allow users to use their remaining balance during the notice period. Your balance does not expire merely because of inactivity; however, if an account remains inactive for 24 consecutive months or longer, MorphAds may restrict access for security, fraud-prevention, or account-maintenance reasons. Users may contact support to restore access, subject to verification and our Terms.

Your balance is refundable only if: duplicate payment, payment deducted but balance not added, an unused balance requested within 7 days, or permanent generation failure where your balance was not restored. A spent balance is not refundable.

• Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order
• Balance not added: Payment was debited but your balance did not appear in your wallet within 24 hours
• Unused balance requested within 7 days: You request a refund of your unused balance within 7 days of purchase
• Permanent generation failure: A paid job fails permanently and your balance was not restored

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Any balance that has already been consumed to generate videos
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the style or quality of a successfully generated video
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Change of mind after the balance has been used

If a video generation job enters a permanent error state (unresolved for more than 2 hours), your balance is automatically restored to your wallet within 24 hours. If automatic restoration fails, contact support@morphads.in with your Job ID (visible in your history) and we will manually restore your balance within 1 business day.

• Your registered mobile number
• Razorpay Order ID or UPI Transaction Reference
• Reason for refund request
• Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)

We acknowledge all requests within 24 hours (business days). Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) used at the time of purchase. Razorpay processes the refund and your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the amount. A refund invoice including applicable GST will be issued to your registered contact.

If your refund request is not resolved within 15 days, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:

• Resolution time: We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within the period required under applicable law, currently 7 days for applicable intermediary grievances, subject to shorter timelines for specific unlawful content complaints.
