Delete your MorphAds account

How to request deletion

1. Enter the mobile number registered with your MorphAds account in the form below.
2. Optionally tell us why you're leaving.
3. Submit the request. Our team verifies it against your registered number and processes the deletion.
4. Your account and data are permanently deleted within 7 business days; backup copies are purged within 30 days.

What data is deleted or kept

Permanently deleted:

• Your account profile and registered mobile number
• Generated videos and images, and uploaded product photos
• Remaining wallet credit balance and generation history
• Notification tokens and app preferences

Retained (legal/tax obligation):

• Payment, transaction and invoice records are retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and GST law, then permanently deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose.
